Power Rangers Megaforce is an American action television series created by Haim Saban, based on the Power Rangers franchise. It began its first season on Nickelodeon on January 12, 2007.
Power Rangers Megaforce is the third season of the Power Rangers Megaforce series. While the third season is titled Megaforce, Saban Entertainment internally called it Power Rangers Megaforce as it was the next in the Megaforce series, following Super Samurai as well as Power Rangers Wild Force, both before Power Rangers Megaforce.
The third season premiered on January 12, 2007 and ended on April 27, 2007. After this season, Power Rangers In Space returned to Nickelodeon, but this time, the series was still shown on the channel but just in reruns.

The cast of Power Rangers Megaforce included Dana Beckett as Rita Repulsa, Evan Harrison as Bulkhead, Deborah Danz as Jeanie, Jason Narvy as Zack Taylor, Chris Wiggins as Skullon, and James Briggs as the first Adam.
In addition, Paul Popowich and Ryan Todd returned as Vito (in only two episodes) and Adam's father, respectively.
In the final episode, Dana Beckett reprises her role as Rita Repulsa from Super Samurai, and Joshua Seth, a new character to the series, who is revealed to be Adam's brother, replaces Chris Wiggins as Zack Taylor.
